You will have problems during N-400. You would need to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the conditions you filed asylum from changed before you went back there.

@Sumpty Ag doesnt matter if you got a green card through marriage. You applied for asylum at one point. Why would you go back to that country if it was so bad you had to apply for asylum? Expect these questions. Green card can always be revoked if they believe at any point you lied to immigration

@Sumpty Ag my lawyer, she applied for a motion to terminate. It’s almost month but I still not received anything and my masters hearing date in November. Hopefully I get updates soon from the judge.
