I am also a refugee GC holder I apply for my wife November I received I-590 and submit Dec 5 still nothing.I try do inquiry no update at USCIS I try calling Jims Hacking Lawyer they told me they can help my case in August.I don’t know else what to do I will apply my citizenship nextmonth.Let me know if you heard update on your case I also keep searching and seeking help

@fai amini .good for you.me too I sent e_mil to the office that supposed work on i_730 in Ankara (turkey) they didn't mention any suspects for i7_30 cases. I think we are good

@Khan 804 I don’t know it’s confusing but they are two type of asulym family to join one is FTJ-A which asylum family which is not mentioned in this update anther one is FTJ-R which refugee family which is mentioned in this update us fare I received the replay from nvc they not told me it’s suspended so still hopefully they transfer my case to embassy yes i have invice number and visa application number but don’t hear anything about transfer to Islamabad embassy we will see keep update each other well make every easy to all understand thank you

FTJ-A visa type is v92 after arrival in USA eligible to apply green card FTJ-R visa type is 93 after arrival eligible to benefits but unfortunately all refugees benefit are suspended till 3 months

@Mi Im yes I called 2 lawyer not just one ..I asked them to fill mandamus and the both denied to fill the mandamus the asked me to be patient..I asked also 3 time for my congressman no help at all..still waiting....when the uscis ask i_590 from you? and when did you filled i 7_30 ?

yes i have interview within two months on jun form i-730. everything is normal as far as i know Islamabad, pakistan already scheduled the medical exam appointment
