also how long after receipt notice did you get PF?

@uscislin linuscis yes I first filed in Lincoln Nebraska and then they transferred to HART in VT. also, it took about 4weeks to get receipt notice

@Dee Dee Looking at recent approvals its almost 3 years now! last year I think the trend was like 2-2.5 years..if you consider the backlog and the cases being filed every month (constantly on the rise), i think the processing times will increase only unless USCIS staffs more people to their humanitarian division and makes these cases as their priority
