@Gatuso Gates: I-131 Can not be filed online. It's not permitted. Also for if you are trying to apply for travel document (I-131) under TPS, you should Submit I-512T instead because there is a changes by DHS that took effect last 1st of July for all the TPS holder they don't issue I-131 for TPS anymore.

@marc Louis: FYI, once you got your travel document in hands you can travel wherever you/can not only Haiti. Travel Document allows to travel outside of US so it does not matter where you exit to. I hope that answer makes sense to you. Good luck!🤞

@anduy F I checked that information out on their website it says new applicant and can still use the same form while filling and old applicants with unexpired ones can continue using it. Futher I keep looking for the new form online I can’t seem to find no trace of it yet. now I’m stuck and don’t know what to do

@Marc louis, travel document allows you only to going out and get back to USA, This doen't means it gives you acces to enter to others countries, any other countries you want to visit you should contact ther consulate ok, you want to go to canada, chile, dominican rep, brazil, argentine, france you have to see or get a visa for all of them

@peter vl: I think that easy enough for a person to figure this out before you travel to any countries they need to check what are the rules and visas rules to that country regardless your nationality/country of your citizenship. PS. The travel Document does not change your US status

Well, you do need visa to visit other countries. But there so many countries where you can visit with an Haitian passport without applying for a visa. You just have stamp visa as you entering those countries. I, personally, visited many countries within Asia. You could visit Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, South Korea, and so on without applying for a visa. You receive a stamp at the immigration upon arrival. some of these countries allow you to stay for a period of 30, 60, 90 days with their stamp. Also there are some countries in Europe as well you can apply for E-visa which is super easy. As well as many Caribbean countries.

oh my gosh...this game drives me crazy. Let say USCIS recieve my applications on the 11th of August last year and I di biometric fingerprint (for I-821 and I-765) on the 18th of November.

that same 18th of November after I conducted the fingerprint in the evening I received a message that says check my account to see the update that has been made in my applications then I did check and showed that both cases are being actively reviewed by USCIS and I never received anymore update

and I-131 form never updated still showing case has been received by USCIS on the 11th of August, 2021. Because I applied for all three form at the same time.

in February I contacted Senator office they made an inquiry to USCIS for me and they got an answer first May that stated as per USCIS they can't give the senator's office an answer because the form the office sent had a digital signature which USCIS doesn't accept so I had to resigned the form and the office send it back to them on the 3rd of May so two months already passed by no answers from USCIS. Congressman office did a follow up on April they never got an answer from USCIS and finally I contacted ombudsman office that office said give them 30 days to review my case before they can make an inquiry to USCIS for me it's been it's been 40 days today did. or hear from the ombudsman response

and I keep calling USCIS every other days for more than 3 more months now and many of those agents I spoke with they sent request for me to speak with tier 2 or other requests nothing happened and they denied two of my requests to speak with tier 2. I also expedited twice both time they dinied them.

I uploaded so many supporting documents just in case they need more info about me. all countries I visited and where I lived, the last countries I exited before I entered US I sent all visas along with other documents but nothing works

I just don't know what else to do or why immigration is taking that long to approve the applications from August. They approve many cases from September, October, even December but never seen applicants from August gets any approvals.

I did not. I did travel a lot when I was in college in the Philippines so I came to the States October 2022 and I never travel since then. Because my US Visa expired last year so I need to get the TPS along with travel document do that I can travel outside US.

But I don't think I will be able to travel anytime soon because even if I get the TPS right now I still have to remain in the country because I have another immigration benefits that is in process. Employment-based green card

So I have to wait until next year after that process is done before I can travel outside US

yeah I traveled a lot. I haven't been to Haiti for 6 years now. I left Haiti 2015. I lived in the Philippines for almost 5 years. and I came to the US end of 2020. I traveled mostly in Haiti area... I've been to Singapore, Malaysia, Qatar, Indonesia, etc... Haitian can travel to those countries without visa. they put a stamp in your passport upon arrival.

if you do a quick research you would see all countries that Haitian can visit without visa

I love Singapore for tourism. it's a very small country and you could toured the whole country within a day.

and I do like South Korea mostly the capital "Seoul"

Philippines would also be one of the great places for tourism. They have so many interesting island when you would enjoy

but in your case you just want to travel outside the country and back maybe for a couple days so I where you I wouldn't travel to Asia right now because it's pretty far and it would be costly so I would rather go to near by country in the Caribbean. yeah they denied mine today even though I'm in healthcare and have a job offer then sent me a survey for feedback on how their service was smh.
