hey guys
how safe is it to travel with travel document based on vawa?
and for how long should I stay outside of the coutry?
i booked to go back home for 2 months but now my anxiety is kicking in and I cant stop thinking.

very safe. you can stay until your AP is valid. I travelled 2 time on AP. my avg stay was 2 months.

you can travel but it's not a guarantee that they will let you back in. It rarely happens but it does. 🤷🏼♀️

@eli eli Because they feel like it usually if you have a criminal record or overstay 😔😔😔 It says on the USCIS Website that it's not a guarantee that you'll be able to come back

I did in May for 9days! was good and will go again by December God willing by then my vawa would ve been granted! please go but just be certain about the timing. all the best!
