A friend of mine had to go twice, they told him that the first attempt to collect biometrics wasn't successful (biometrics unreadable or whatever). @

really when I talk with the agent you said the same ting sometimes they are not able to read the fingerprint

hi @ Same happened to me. had biometrics on the june 30th 2023 and now been asked to attend second appointment Appointment centre was in Brooklyn. was yours the same? Maybe it was a system issue for them on that day
