I googled the exact thing written here and everyone received NOID with the above mentioned notice. Yes, they do! they are so irresponsible for doing so after a long time. Since seeing this post, I have been freaking out 🥲@Rijo Rijo

@Yas I, actually it is concerning. What is even the point of denying an AOS when a pity is already approved? Did the persons commit a crime or something? Just wondering 🤔

Sometimes they make a mistake! sometimes something on the medical report is missing, but sending a NOID after asking for medicals is so stupid in my opinion. @Rijo Rijo

@bobo bobo it's quite weird that they did that after rfe. did you got earlier any EAD or adv parol if you are in US?situation will be clear once you receive a letter, you better contact any attorney ASAp for any further guidance.

@bobo bobo most likely a NOID which is different from denial. This is just another kind of RFE but more restrictive because they give you only 30 days to respond to whatever their concerns are. If you fail to, they will deny. All the best!
