yes I did expedite. I filed initial stand alone, then I switched lawyer and filed my work permit and AP I recently received my EAD and AP earlier January.

vawa don't ask for anything joint, its possibly medical or good character certificate.

the sent me one last year October and it might depend mine was a mistake made in my statement (date) conflict which my lawyer made and was correct with evidence and was sent back.application date is may 2021

@Errol Gooding yes, they do. to prove good faith marriage you can use joint stuff in addition to other things. for my RFE they asked specifically for joint documents

next month will be 3 years of my VAWA application. No response from uscis. I submitted police records of my husband abusing me. medical records. family court documents that I had to seek order of protection since he was threatening to kill me. biggest joke is that they still even bother to provide me work authorization, SSN nor prima facie. my lawyers are shocked and devastated at uscis.

June 10 2022 was application date submitted. all I see is application received not even processing. fucking joke my life has become

@Ayoosh You have a very good case. They will soon get to your application. If your spouse is not a US - Citizen, you might not be able to get EAD. Otheriae, you should get EAD & Prima Facie
