No movement been done on my husbands account it been 396 days and nooo update really is overwhelming I only file for i130 is there anything else is needed to do?? please help 🙏🏽😪

It is a wait we started 9/22 and wasn't approved until 10/23. I also filed the I-129 but the I-130 was approved first. While waiting for your approval be sure to gather and organize ALL of the requested documents and have them ready to go to NVC including "updated" tax/income records . It will make the next step move more smoothly. Good luck!!

ok Thank You All for the information. I look to file the I-129 is it online because I did not see it in the drop box.
