hi! I would like to know, If I can apply for I-131, I got my I-765 but I am still waiting for I-485. and i need to go to my country to see my mom.

yes it can, when you’re applying to avoid paying the fee associated with the I-131 ensure when you do the form you attach a copy of your I-485 and send it with the I-131 application so they know you have a pending application
