Hello I have seen in many videos that if I need help with USCIS I can reach out to my Local Congressman.
What happens if my Congressman it’s against immigrants? (which is the case )

You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"
