Help!!
So I applied for GC through work and my work has lawyers that look after our cases, all I did was fill out the forms and they did the rest of it. I am feeling lost now because I don’t know much about my processing. I was on OPT through F1 and started working as RN. Does that mean I am EB3-1 or EB3-2? And I saw a lot of posts about retrogression. How badly is my case affected due to this? I filed my I-485 on April 2023. And are there any Nurses here who were international students and got GC through work? How long was your process? Thank you in advance πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™ #EB3 #internationalstudent #OPT

We are on the same boat but never had OPT as I worked already as an RN now. You are on eb3 and yes there is a retrogression which is why I decided to work using my EAD instead of waiting for it to be current. Now the PD is 2020 but do not worry as October it will go forward. My PD is Jan.2023

I’m RN too and my PD is April 2023 also and I just got both Ead and Advance parole approved. I’m waiting for the new visa bulletin for October hopefully it will be current again for new fiscal year.
