Yes it’s been a terrible experience it’s a nightmare. But staying hopeful yes I will reach out USCIS us taking so long to approve it & in his situation it’s time sensitive. Thank you for the encouragement.

The immigration judge is waiting for a decision on the I-130 before he’s released. this means he have to be approved before they can release him.
