Thanks for response. I notice they mentioned the i130a form and bona-fide marriage such as mortgage, joint account. but he doesn't live in the USA so I don't know what to do pertaining to joint account or mortgage. what proof i can submit besides those. since he doesn't live in the USA

Fill and submit the i130a form and other evidence of bonafide marriage such as marriage certificate, pictures, airline tickets, communications, and anything to show the existence of your union.

Ok thank you @Bobby 347. I've submitted those documents when I did the i130 form. But I'll do that again. Also they mentioned an Affidavit, what is that exactly?

The affidavit is a form that you sign to show that you can take care of her without bothering the government. You can put like your house 🏠 ect.. You can have more than one person to sign more than one form (affidavit). I pray that all goes well Praise Jesus 👏

I am now a citizen of this great country. what I am saying about the affidavit of support I did it with my house 🏠 so I know that it will work. It was to help my daughter to get her 3 children here.

I have a question in regards of proving my Marriage is a Bona-fide marriage. My husband is not living in the states with me. Hint this is the reason I'm filing for him. what other proof we can show that our marriage and love is real. Because, they asked for bank statements or mortgage that has both of our names and address to prove its legitimate. what other proof we can show.
