help plz urgent
my i 140 approved ,485 current .i am a RN and my employer is same too but only job location changed.Now employer attorney told me that they need to file i 140 and 485 concurrently. i am so confused when i 140 approved why need again to file with my 485 ?and how it impact my ead and processing ? is this ok
