Help please!!!🙏 Senario based question
A LPR petitioned for his son way back in 2022. The son has been scheduled for interview at the embassy against next month. the LPR has been out of the country for over a year continuously. If it possible for the son to be granted a visa when the son shows up for the interview at the embassy? but the co-sponsor is a citizen and currently making enough and still in the country. please advise on what can be done in this case. thanks in advance lawfully family. 🙏🙏🙏
