help please?
Combo card was delivered on Jan 23rd but received this notification
On April 16, 2025, the Post Office returned a notice we sent you for your Form I-131, Application for Travel Documents, Parole Documents. and Arrival/Departure Records, because they could not deliver it.
This could have a serious effect on your case. Please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice immediately.”
I've the card and approval notice but all of a sudden today l've this update on Uscis online account
What could this mean ? Has anyone experienced this issue please tell me know if my ead and parole is valid or not ?

check your status on your present parole it might changed if they cancled or they sent you approval notice by mistake

@yamahar6 mohd yes when I check the current update is that I mentioned above but on 23jan 2025 it’s says case approved and I ve combo card , when I called Uscis they said the notice that was returned it’s already distorted

@H S it is probably the approval notice and also could be an error message

It's most likely an error message. I got the same update yesterday and I called and they told me it's a system glitch so I can ignore it.

@Lee G I called customer service. Had to navigate past the annoying automated messages first but I got someone as soon as they made the transfer. @H S no, I didn't get the card yet. I just got the update that mail was returned but that's never happened before so I wanted to confirm I didn't miss anything. While I was on the call, the rep told me it was a glitch but I was able to ask case status and she told me I should receive a decision within 30 days so here's to hoping that actually happens. But yeah, give them a call to confirm.
