Help. My i-130 expedite request got a vague reply.
What does this mean? Should I be expecting a review/decision sooner?
"This case is in the process of being assigned to an adjudicating officer. We do not have a timeframe on when this case will be reviewed to completion."

No need to expedite now. USCIS is looking at your case. You should have an answer very soon

@curtis nelson thank you for the information. My expedite request was approved at the same time. however, i can’t see it as approved on my online portal. does it take time for it to get updated?

Expedite does not mean approval in a day or week. Give it a couple of weeks

@curtis nelson Sorry, i mean after approval of expedite request it shows “Expedite Request Approved”. which hasn’t shown in my online portal.
