help! medical exam today!
hi!
I have my medical exam today and I have no idea where my vaccines records are…
Should I go to my Uscis medical appointment and ask for a blood test so I can see my immunity? Schould I cancel my appointment and do the blood test first?
help!! thank you so much in advance!

you shouldn’t cancel your appointment. they will check your immunity, albeit lacking vaccines will be jabbed and may cost way more expensive at USCIS doctors. you may find out what vaccines you lack, and go to Walmart and do them 5 times cheaper:) I be was lacking one. they charged me 150$, but I could do it for free at pharmacy, as majority of them are covered by health insurance. check out if your insurance covers vaccines. good luck

in addition, my doctor trusted my memory. she did not even check immunity, where I said I had chickenpox at 19 y.o. so, I guess, much depends on a doctor

if you have not taken the vaccines and you have health insurance just go to one of these places to take the shot. your medical insurance will cover it. if you take these shots at your uscis doctor, your insurance will not cover it. just a way to reduce cost. mmr , varicella, tdap, flu, covid.

I went to the medical exam and she did a blood test on me to see my immunity. She told me to get the flue shot and wait 5 days for the results. Then, she will let me know any missing shots. Once I get them, she will sign the paper and it will be ready for Uscis!
