I-130 take anyway between 6 moths to 14-15 months give it like 15 months n c.if ur case timeline up u can reach out to them

@lala bexx yeah sure. I called the USCIS i told them I want to expedite my k3 and I explained reasons under health wise.this is same reason I have been using on my i130 that they kept deny. but when I used it on k3 It also got denied the next day and within 4days time I got approved

First of all your husband should be the one to fill the form but anyway I understand that you can do it because his nature of busyness. Q1. some places that couldn't be fill in , you can only fill it when you print the form then use black ink to complete it which your husband will do it him self over there Q2. obviously all the need is just the photocopy of all the documents so all you will need to do is to scan them and send to your husband to print over there and attached it to the for. documents required 1. marriage certificate 2 NOA1 3. form for E-Notufication. I have forgotten the form Code but will check later 4. then with the translated documents if any(Only marriage certificate) Q3. yes same form you sent to i130. no need for updating it Note: scan ur documents to you husband, u don't need to waste money is s3nd it to him through DHL or FDEX unless you have the money. feel free to ask me anything if you did get it or confused. @Johanna 27 Dec, 2022 ahora en Nebraska. actually the truth id that K3 don't need much documentation like i130 because they will use all this information from your i130 application when the start working on it. for the documentation, any documents you are sending them or mailing to USCIS should be a coloured photocopy of your documents. no sending of original And when I did mind I didn't attacked the divorce Degree of my wife previous Marriage even when my wife have divorced for two times reasons is because they all have this information in your i130 application. the only form we submitted is 1. k3 form(129f) 2. i797 3. NOA1 4. marriage certificate no other documents. so in you case you need to attach the translator of your marriage certificate too

NOA1 is the first Notice Of Action from USCIS over your i130 submission. yes is form G-1145 I am talking about not i797. is them that will send i797 to you after receiving your application.
