HELP ME PLEASE 🙏
guys please help… my RFE was returned by USPS back to Uscis. have since changed my address and I haven’t gotten a replacement mailed to my current address . I’m dead worried. I have made multiple calls but they won’t speak to me. what do I do it’s been 3 weeks from the date I got the notification. Please any recommendations, lawyers in the DFW area or ideas . I’m drowning in pain 😥😥😥I’m loosing my sanity the pain and wait is too much . I don’t know what the content of the RFE is and I have limited time. oh God

Please reach out to your congressman for assistance, and make sure your Change of Address form is mailed directly to USCIS rather than submitted online. VAWA applicants generally need to follow the special address-change procedures for protected cases.

please keep receipt of the physical mail that you sent to vawa centre for change of address. provide that as a proof to congressman and the photocopy of the change of address letter that you sent so that uscis can be hold accountable for the mistake on their part. you can also do FOIA request for your case and that will give all the paperwork related to your case
