please keep receipt of the physical mail that you sent to vawa centre for change of address. provide that as a proof to congressman and the photocopy of the change of address letter that you sent so that uscis can be hold accountable for the mistake on their part. you can also do FOIA request for your case and that will give all the paperwork related to your case

why u haven’t filed writ of mandamus? you are from 2019 u shouldn’t be in this situation

this happened to me. call USCIS and request for info pass to go into the field office. Let them know your situation, they should give you a copy of the rfe. hopefully the time hasn’t passed. make sure you go with your lawyer though.

and once you are able to do so, if the deadline has passed, call USCIS again and request to talk to a higher officer let them know your situation. also ask for your senator’s help at the same time. make sure you call USCIS like 3 times a week and note the numbers and officers numbers/names down. they should send you another rfe. that was what I did when I had the same situation. @I’m next for Approval, I have faith

@Favor Mercy have literally called multiple times and they won’t speak to me because they said the case is protected. Tier 2 office emailed me that I need to send letter to Vermont office which I did. but still nothing yet have called twice this week and will call again tomorrow

@Favor Mercy when you got your RFE , how long did it take for them to resend it and did you get the 30days to respond and what was the RFE for please If you don’t mind

wave case is difficult to do adress change because is a protect case even lawyer can’t do it… you need take a day calling and calling but after you talk with a officer you need call back again a confirm that very serious don’t stop… we are the most interesting. of congressman

My rfe were for shared residence, and extreme cruelty. Even i showed them my police report at the beginning. I sent the police report again with a pshicologyc report and some bills with our names in our shared address
