you filed it under the c31 category? should have filed it under the c09 category, I’m afraid you have at least a year more to wait for your i360 approval for you to get your work permit

@blessed & favored awww thanks very much I'm going to do this. do you have an estimated time frame of how long the C9 category would take. I remember seeing C31 on the one I now have pending

@Jesus baby yes it was filed under the C31 category and the lawyer which filed it seems as if it was his first Vawa case so after I finish paying him off he stop answering me. he was supposed to file a motion to terminate my removal proceedings when it was administratively closed by the judge in last year April when I went to immigration court.

@God Bless Sinner oh wow, I’m sorry to hear that, these lawyers can be evil sometimes. if only you read reviews about him/her before contacting…… like @blessed & favored said, you might need to file another i765 under the C09 category if you can’t wait for your i360 approval anymore, but honestly even the i765 will take a good 6-9 months for you to get, it doesn’t hurt to do either, all up to you. after 2 years waiting I received my yesterday C09

@blessed & favored I did it yesterday so I'm going to drop it off at the post office today. I'm definitely trying to get at least a working permit while I wait on the outcome

@cc jj you waited 2 years for a C09 category? that's insane. how do they expect us to survive?
