Help from Congressman
Hi family, last night I faxed my assistance request to Congressman Chip Roy in Texas , to help for my long pending case over 955 days .
May I know is he the right person I should reach out , my case is handling in San Antonio TX field office ?
Anyone has similar experience can share with me ? it is really a long painful waiting , 35 days passed still no news after interview .

Dear family ,
Last week I got reply from my congressman and asked me to fill up and sign few papers back to authorise them to get enquiry my cases .
Then last Sat my expedite 131 status , changed from denied to finger print applied. Today the congressman office already sent me an email saying “ it is approved ! “
Since for I130 & I485 , my papers they only received this morning. So I think need a bit more time for them to work on it .
All I want to say is , to those long pending case like me 966 days long . No longer wait , go ask for yr help !
