@George AN has happened to a lot of persons even myself. I was scheduled for an interview before I got the EAD approval

That’s exactly what the new administration has been doing so it pretty much if you get denied, you get nothing, which is sad

@Anna B So pretty much weak cases don’t get EAD approval until Green card got approved

@George AN it doesn’t mean it’s weak that’s just what there doing mine got approved under the old administration and I got grace do you have a lawyer

not at all. I saw people from Jan Fev and March get approved in 42 days, less than 2 months. and it has been 168 days now with no EAD
