Help, can I file for spouse as green card holder?
Please, we were two struggling F1 students. Both applied for I140, and my green card is ready.
we got married December 23, my spouse has I-140 approval, but PD is Oct 30, 2023.
what is the best option for my spouse, FA2 filing is Sep 23, employment based filling date is Feb 23.
spending more money for school to remaining in status is financially draining
please recommendations or advice plz.

@Tim N you can file in both categories. and wait which one comes first. probably eb case will be faster

if you are f1 status I assume you are in USA, so if you do adjustment of status with your f2a, will be faster than your employment based. f2a will take longer if you do consular processing
