HELP
I was wondering, if after a us citizen spouse files to sponsor you to get AOS(765,485,130) and meets the income requirements at the time of filing but then either looses the job or has to change jobs to a job that pays less than the income guidelines while application is pending. Would the petition get denied? Not sure if it's by how much they make a year or if it's what the current job pays.
Also, would after recieving EAD and beneficiarie works, would that income be counted towards the federal guideline or would it be only what the sponsor makes?

@EANR 13 they won't deny it, most likely they'll send you a request for evidence (rfe) telling you to get a joint sponsor who meets the poverty guidelines.
