help
Help. My husband lost his job recently. But we also got an rfe requesting his letter of employment(which we dont have) and paystub. But were getting a joint sponsor too. Since he didnt meet the income inquirements last year. Is it okay to put on i864 that he is unemployed? THANK YOU.

@s p we will just put unemployed? thank you.. our sponsor has enough income. i dont know why they didnt accept my husband assets its a house fully paid worth 600k.

The petitioner is always a main sponsor either he makes millions or zero. The next part is if the petitioner makes less than the required money you should add cosponsor.

@p A the bank saving and assets should also count right, even though the income does not meet the minimum requirement?

@Bara By Uscis it says you can do savings and assets, but I saw so many people telling got rfe for i864. on the other, some people told they got no issues. It all depends on the officers.

@p A @Bara W Yes correct. Unfortunately is we submit all the requirements needed for submitting asset and we still got an RFE for the income. our asset is my husbands house that is fully paid and with a value of 600k. but still got an rfe..
