long story short, I gave my interview on april 2021, my i130 was approved on the spot but my i485 was administratively closed coz of having order of removal. i was told to wait for my spouse UC to open the case again. But I found out a month ago my case is open right now. also filed for e request but have not heard back from it. can someone help

get an attorney to go to ice court and get removal order terminated and have judge approve you I-185

judge can’t approved I-485 if OP filed I-485 with USCIS and not with the court @Elsa Carvajal
