i had the same update one week ago and today i got new update saying case remains pending agian not sure why they did that twice. any idea @N F ?

i’m a nurse too and my PD is April,2023 so hopefully the visa bulletin will be back current again

There are no visa available for you and you have to wait for it to be current

There is no exact time it is so hard to predict who knows june bulletin might go forward or retrogress even further but in your case a 3 month backlog against your PD is not bad

Hi,
I am a nurse, my case status is At NVC. my petitioner already submitted additional documents requested by NVC. Any thoughts how long NVC to takes to review additional documents?
DS260 was submitted on Mar 24, 2023, and my PD is current.
