I talked to Emma today. An agent told me that my case was last updated today. But I haven't received anything yet. I have already had 121 days without an answer from my Rfe. how long does it take for them to answer me?

@A Mauras call the contact center now .. they still open for phone calls .. say infopass after the auto machine asks you how can I help you today then you will be transferred to live person so you can tell what Emma agent said and see what was the update
