hello please reply IR2 and IR1 cases
father is US citizen , he got his citizenship after his daughter birth .so daughter is not US citizen by birth.if mother documents qualify date is ahead of daughter documents qualify date at NVC, is it possible to have interview of both mother and daughter at same date as daughter is minor. kindly share your experience

@alone me if mother got interview before take daughter with u on interview and tell them about case and nvc case number everything.. they gona give visa to daughter with mother … u dont need any interview for daughter….

thankyou but husbnad got citizen ship after child birth I mean our daughter is born after his citizenship. so we apply a separate case for her . so is it possible then too as you said. thankyou so much for your reply

I think I heard from a lawyer that if minor is under one year, it can fly with the mother under some condition. so please do check with some lawyer. I remember he said, it is only one time and the first time when mother is traveling to the US. After she flies alone and then go get the baby, then that special condition wouldn’t apply.
