Most likely on the I-130 it was not added where your spouse was going to wait for visa, if outside the us the I-824 has to be filed and pay the $465 fee, usually takes a few months for that process.

@jatt j my process was held uscis is waiting for an answer for what type of visa i am applying to be and consular pu ajust got it . mine and consular in rio have to transfer to nvc ok

@jatt j you have to transfer it to the nvc, a sheet was left blank with no response that my advisor duly forgot to fill in. there was this problem.
