My lawyer filled i 130 form only without i 130A. is it ok or we had to file both forms?

if you’re filing for spouse you need 130A if you don’t file it you’re going to receive rfe for 130A after 9months and your wait will be over a year

I suggest you submit your form I-130A as soon as possible else you’ll wait for so many month just to receive an RFE which will slow down your application.

@Elsa Carvajal he is the worst lawyer. we found many dates and typo errors on i130 form that he submitted without our review and we asked him to correct them, don’t know what happened
