I have very similar timelines as you, filled I-130 and I-485 on April 21st 2022. Got I-130 approved on Jan 6th 2023 and then nothing on I-485 and still pending. This gives me hope!

Normally, when one attorneys getting approved, it’s automatically approving the green card no?
smh how come it’s taking so long,
I just got my 130 approved yesterday, and reading that makes me so nervous haha

@okechukwu Jibuo sorry to hear that. 🙏did you check the processing time? that's outside the normal processing time for your case? maybe you need to send an inquiry. I used Emma on the website and they sent me an email with an update about my case. that wasn't on the Uscis website

@Natali Y yes I filled I-130 and I-485 together concurrent filling. and yeah mostly what I have seen is I-130 approved and then I-485 is approved within a week.
but for me it’s been pending from Jan 2023 and still waiting

@eddy eddy under what visa you entered? I got on tourist visa but overstayed my visa.
are you on the same case as well? or you entered under asylum?
