Then you are approved. This is an external app so it doesn't matter. sometimes it doesn't update at all of takes days.

it took a week for USCIS to update my status to card produced. I never got a notification it was approved. it took 2 weeks from approval letter for it to be received in the mail for me. some people it’s less
