Can any of you tell me if there are cases starting here for 2024, so the cases for 2023 are not showing, does that mean they have started the cases for 2024? I applied for my husband 21 January 2023 and he lived outside USA .. I can’t understand visa bulletins

@samar qureshi F2A takes 3-5years. they are currently processing Aug-Sept of 2022.

Can anyone tell me which month the case is currently being processed? My husband case is dated January 21, 2023, but it is probably 2022, but can anyone tell me which month?
