you might try to expedite I-131. Leave whitout a travel permit (advance parole) and they will consider that you abandoned your I-485 and almost 100 % sure you won't be able to return.
it seems though that you had RFE, which you responded so you might get your decision for that Greencard in 90 days. and of course then you won't need I-131 anymore.

it just for sponsor income green card tooks 15-20 months this is not possible

@edin zeko please since you had an RFE and you don’t know what the decision might be , I’ll say don’t travel , it’s from a friends edperience. they denied his form I 485 due to affidavit of support, it was filed incorrectly , USCIS revoked his work permits and travel documents , if this happens while’s you’re out of the country , there’s no chance you can be able to get in to reapply

cancel the flight it takes months to be approved sometimes. Do not travel until you have it in hand.

Do you really want to take that chance in this political environment? I mean immigration is in a magnifying glass right now..both legal and illegal.
Nelly CastilloMar 15, 2025
Well dear friend, if your status is not confirmed or stable yet, think twice about traveling.
leggo miMar 15, 2025
why would you even consider flying without it ? I wouldn’t even fly on that thing to start with
Omattie ChintomanMar 16, 2025
do not travel. you will get denied. it happened to the spouse of someone I know because while it's pending your not supposed to travel out of the country
TK SMar 16, 2025
Unless you have an emergency or a reasonable reason to travel, don’t travel while your case is pending. I had my advanced parole document expedited and got accepted because I’d need that to go to a research conference

203 days enough to be approved for I-131 ?
Bec RMar 16, 2025
it’s been almost a year and my husbands i131 and i765 never got approved. some people get these approved fast, others take a long time.

which service center ?
José rMar 16, 2025
My I-131 took 8 months, but I see that your process is fast, but that permit does not guarantee your entry. I have not been able to travel for that reason.
José rMar 16, 2025
If they approve your I-131, of course you can travel while you adjust your status, but entry to the USA could be denied if the officer so decides. It's somewhat risky, although my lawyer told me I can travel without any problem.
José rMar 16, 2025
But as I see your process, your green card will arrive first.
edin zekoMar 16, 2025
you think before July 13th ?
José rMar 16, 2025
I think so, your process is going fast.

how can I learn my service center for I-131
Mrs. A. S 🤍🤎Mar 17, 2025
ABANDONMENT OF AOS. Do not travel. DHS can deny your admission in the USA if u travel outside the country since u don’t have GC yet. If u want to RISK yourself , then go.,,,
