so, you have to wait for interview or RFE. No GC without that

normal waiting time is 6 to 14 months. but some exceptional lucky people get green card before 6 months...

my case vawa I submitted October 1st 2919 my vawa was approved March 13 2023 July 16 2023 I submitted the i485 i765 I131 January 8 2024 my biometrics finally February 16 card is being produced i-765 February 20 my i131 case was approved February 21 i765 I131 case was approved i485 case transfer to another office as judiretion

@sam sam it is at the discretion of USCIS to decide if will be an interview or not... but vawa interview is very easy

@sam sam there IS interview for AOS, unless they waive it. there's NO interview for I-360

@king king ; I got my 360 approval finally, I knew you are so knowledgeable, I did applied my 485 with my 360 on December 2020. Do you think getting RFE for medical is going to wait long ? if they transfer my 485 to my local office, they gonna count my waiting time from that day which they receives from Vermont center?

@hope hope congratulations for your vawa, about your I-485, if he asks to send your medical certificate, he can approve your l-485 without interview sometimes he schedules the interview, but if he does not ask for your Rfe, They will send you a letter to tell you to bring your medical certificat on the day of the interview. but the interview is very esay... they will ask the name of your ex, maybe your wedding date and where you marriage, and the name and date of birth of your children if you have children... the rest it's just Yes or No questions regarding the information you gave on your I-485 form. timeline to get green card after vawa approve is 6 to 14 months...

@sam sam don't worry , for files filed from 2018 to 2022, it takes a long time to adjust l-485, but the new files from 2023 go very quickly... 😁😁😁😁😁 the new case are the first now
