just a quick one please do they place anyone on removal proceedings, even without an asylum case? kinda confused. And they keep postponing the master hearing dates forward just saw it on the app. please anyone vast on this can share info please. thank you 🙏

if you do not pose any national security threat they will not prioritize your removal and will keep pushing your hearing dates back. If you have filed Vawa have your attorney file a joint motion to terminate your case. Have them terminate not administratively close, if they administratively close they can reopen your court proceedings at their discretion but if they terminate they have to file a new NTA. Nowadays, OPLA doesn't join motions to terminate proceedings.
