for permanent residence it takes time like 3 years to be approved

for citizen it’s fast if you are citizen you have to ask them for your case

November 23 2023 citizen marriage waiting

3 year but in nov 4year married muy housband citizen pd 1 julio 2022 and USCIS nathin responde, im cubana.

en cuba estoy aun y nos casamos aquí , empecé el proceso como cr1 y p ya pasé automáticamente Ir1 . y nada . explicación por la demora.. ninguna solo que todo está bien y estar ..se hacen notificaciones y que te llamara un agente 2 para responderte y tampoco y así ya tres años y sin respuesta.

@mayte Guanches gracias mayte por decirnos esto. yo estoy en una situación similar, casada en colombia casi dos años de matrimonio, tuvimos una hija aqui en colombia. yo nunca he ingresado a us y el es quien viene constantemente aqui. Tu has intentado contactar al senator o congressman?

hola Alejandra te entiendo perfectamente la frustración que uno siente..mi esposo ha hecho de todo y si escribimos y si la USISC respondió así de simple que todo estaba bien solo era esperar así que no entendemos como es que ya pasado la fecha de procesamiento están aún tan atrasados y sin dar solución y lo peor es que no.podemos hacer nada solo esperar el bendito día .. con lo de tu bebé nosotros también tenemos uno lo que aquí no se en tu país el le dió la ciudadanía es decir mi hijo es ciudadano americano lo cual no lleva trámites. pero si tengo una hija que sí se le aplicó y es ir2 igual con la misma demora. averigua bien porque no se cómo están ahora esos trámites pero el si puede otorgarle la ciudadanía al niño

@mayte Guanches si la bebe tiene la ciudadania tambien aqui la adquirio por medio del crba. entonces no se wow es increíble. pero gracias por la información
