Hello Everyone!!!
How are y’all doing? Hope everybody is having great time. Please can I file for my spouse 2 minor kids 11 and 8yrs old while my spouse I-130 is still in process. I file for my spouse in July 27 and don’t want to wait longer to file for his kids to come here to the United States. Please any idea from y’all will truly help. yes you can, it will make it easier for you right now, as far as your making a good income I believe it shouldn’t be a problem

@C C I have listed their names on my spouse I-130, do I also need to file two separate I-130 for them? I was hoping they can go with a deprivation visa?

@C C I have already filed I-130 for my spouse, so when am filing for the kids I need to attached my spouse I-130 to the kids I-130 right?
