Hello everybody! My case type is i130 F4 Filing for( Us Citizen for brother or Sister!) I had file my case on 21, dec 2022 but still I'm in waiting!!
When will my case approved.?

@Dhanveer singh this is insane, you can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"

@Akshay Tailor you need to check visa bulletin to see if the final action date is before your priority date. only then can they continue processing. F4 is currently on June 2007 and worse for China, India and Mexico. You have a long wait ahead of you. Please focus on other things for now.

@Akshay Tailor depend if they want you to file I-824 so no welcome letter . you have to file I-824 let see what’s in letter. you can get letter with in 2 weeks
