You can sue them! It costs $5k not $10k. You can hire a lawyer through this app lawfully or Google one. Make sure you set up a payment plan! First $2.5k to begin filling. Then last $2.5k after case gets adjudicated! It usually takes 3-6months max depending on your field office. Good luck!

@Betul A I’m from queens New York, my I-130 was put in since Feb 2021 n I-485 since June 2022, and I’m still waiting, nothing on both cases smh 🤦‍♂️

@Lord Is My Shepherd 🙏 I have been waiting since June 2021. I have contacted literally everybody. I have been doing inquiries almost every month on USCIS’s website. I feel like they lost my papers

File mandamus, as this person did, you can do it as pro se, with some assistance for a fair price and you will get decision within 60 days.
