I did my biometrics early days of may.. and am under L1A visa

@juan Leiva you have a very similar timeline to mine. are you sure it’s in the Texas service center? I thought all EB1C GCs are at NBC. as a point of reference, my application (I-485) was March 22nd. Biometrics was May 17th. RFIE for my spouse was May 9th and replied by May 23rd - acknowledged by USCIS May 30th. June 7th (today) got an update that my biometrics were attached to my case. to address your question, my understanding is that there is no clear timeline. I have seen 60 days to over a year. BUT, USCIS is prioritizing EB GCs for this fiscal year, so there is a chance.

thanks @B J honestly I dont know if it’s in Texas service center.. when I downloaded the app and provided my case number, it was shown Texas, but it’s like I can change it manually in here.. I have asked my lawyers to confirm if there’s a way to know where my case is being processed..

@juan Leiva if your receipt starts with MSC, you are at the NBC

@B J starts with SRC and just checked is the Texas center 😞😞 the slowest of the bunch

I have a very similar timeline. I haven’t recieved any notification for biometrics. they transferred mine from Texas to NBC.

@B J you were right.. my case was transferred to NBC on 04/11/24
