u mean rfe for i-485? what documents that u applied in your case?

i applied Vawa

what did u submit so far with ur forms I-360 and the I-485 ?

all them together and I just send RFE for I-360 but I was wondering if I will need other one for I-485

don’t worry about your I485, if they need they will ask after your Vawa approved.

did u get update on EAD?

was letters from friends they know me and birth certificate and also background check

whats that mean EAD

EAD is your work permit

oh ok I ask for it but i haven't get no new updates

at this point just focus on 1360.. after about 3 yrs they will ask for rfe for 1485 which will either be birth certificate and or medicals.. or another fingerprint

have you applied with the medicals? if I could back, honestly I would’ve applied with the Medicals along with the application. I feel like it delays the cases a few months/year. if I would apply again, I would send it to the office that has my case. but that’s just me.

because the cost of the medicals it’s like $350 not that much and you can save a few months or even a year of your life waiting for your green card. that’s my opinion

@God is good, but not anymore. USCIS updated its policy for I-485 in December, and all new filers must submit medicals, or their I-485 will be rejected.
