health insurance
After obtaining social security card, what kind of health insurance are you allowed to get? Not sure if Medicaid is allowed with there being a 5 year bar for some people. I’m not sure if that applies to me. just trying to get health insurance coverage and want to make sure I do the right thing. any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

you can get the state of health insurance, depend on your state, you can get this in NY based on your salary! @EANR 13

it’s expensive to get private insurance. I just found a broker and got mine because I am consulting right now. $1500 a month and it doesn’t cover anything until I hit a deductible of $2500 per person or $7500 as a family. its awful!
