are you applying under marriage based or employment based. im a rn too and my green card application (marriage based) was only 45 days, no expedite. maybe you dont need to expedite?!

@s c expedited a month ago faxed the proof. didn’t heard anything so far. I heard some people with same criteria saying there EAD expedite approved in a week or max of 2 weeks after submitting proof. Not sure on what basis USCIS reviews. My reason for expedite is Financial loss. Every week I am following up with live agent they ask me to wait.

PR I waited almost 3 month first they responded after month and they denied it somehow it got escalated to tier two officer I don’t know how that happened when I contacted them they told me wait for a call and I waited almost two month never got a call or email today I called them they told me they denied again

@s c did u file i765 with i485? my ead never got updated or approved and even right now it said actively reviewed even though they approved my i485 2 weeks ago. have u heard anything for i485? can you ask your employer to write them a letter as evidence?
