Haven’t filed Suppliment J after changing employer. Should I be concerned?
I worked with my previous employer for a year and left. I found another job after few months that matches the SOC code and started working for the new employer. I have been with the new employer for more than a year but haven’t yet filed supp J. My case is pending and PD is Aug 2021. Is not filing Supp J gonna be an issue? should I file it now before USCIS asks for it? #unskilled #supp #j #supp-j #eb3-3 #eb3

Just wait if called for interview and bring it with yourself.

@Vincent kapoor there should be no problem. i would wait for the RFE for sup j or if they call for an interview then bring it with you

My PD Aug 21 and was the same situation with you. I worked for new sponsor almost two years without filed supp J. I will do if I got call for an interview.
