have anybody porting eb3 unskilled to eb3 or eb2 ? Any idea how it should be ? approved I 140 and labour certificate.

your i-140 is based on unskilled and not skilled so you need a new i-140.

according to chat gpt. It researched and said that yes, porting from unskilled to skilled is possible however you have to file new LC and it takes over 12 months to processing.

the only “advantage” is that you will be able to use your old Priority Date on your new EB2/3 case that is the only thing “ported” everything thing else is a new process. you may can continue to use your ead and advance patrol but I would confirm that with your lawyer.

the priority date is only going to port if you are going to similar job.
otherwise it’s gonna be new priority date.
