MSC219154, just remember that each case is different. I have a friend who filed a few months before me and he hasn't gotten an EAD but they just scheduled his interview

MSC stands for cases went to National Benefit Center, I guess IOE for cases in Vermont Center.

IOE can be at the national benefit center too. it just means your case is filled electronically
